My approach to coaching
I focus on understanding my clients as people, their values, their priorities and their style. My aim is to provide an environment which is both supportive and stretching, helping them to explore how they operate as leaders and to build strategies to improve performance and achieve their goals.
My coaching is practical, holistic and tailored to each individual. I believe it is important to help my clients find their own unique leadership approach and style, aiming to answer the core question “What Sort of Leader Do I Want to Be?”
I provide a confidential sounding board to clients make difficult decisions and explore the situations they find themselves in. I help my clients refine their skills, thinking and inner resources to equip them both to deal with present challenges and achieve results now as well as deal with the challenges they will encounter in the future.
