Jo is a development consultant and business coach, with over 25 years of experience in people and organisational development. Jo’s strives to maximize the talents within individuals and teams. She has worked with leaders and managers across a range of organisations, including; Nationwide Building Society, Close Brothers Asset Management, Bristol Airport, St. James’ Place Wealth Management, Aviva Specialist Insurance, RWE Generation, UCAS, the NHS, and many SME business entrepreneurs.
Specialising in psychometric assessment, coaching and leadership development, Jo’s real passion is enabling people to truly understand themselves and others in order to achieve lasting and productive relationships.
During her career, Jo has worked in a variety of HR and Development roles within FTSE organisations as well as running her own business for the past 14 years.
She holds Level A and B Certificates in Occupational Testing and Personality Profiling and is qualified in the use a range of psychometric tools. She is a licensed Insights Discovery Practitioner; and is also a member of the British Psychological Society and Institute of Leadership & Management.
Jo subscribes to the ethical framework of the Association for Coaching and holds both an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and a post-graduate degree in coaching through the University of the West of England (UWE). All of her work has a strong emphasis on personal development, engagement and being able to demonstrate positive results.
