Neil is an highly experienced learning & organisational change consultant, business and leadership coach with over 30 years’ experience working with large complex highly regulated organisations.
Neil has worked predominantly in the financial services sector for organisations such as Bradford & Bingley, Legal & General and Close Brothers Asset Management. Since starting his own consulting and coaching business, Neil’s sector exposure now includes; higher education, fintech, energy, foreign exchange markets, pharmaceutical and legal.
In his spare time Neil is a volunteer management consultant, coach and mentor with the Cranfield Trust, which provides provide professional services and support to small and medium size organisations in the third sector.

Neil has a particular passion for leadership and career coaching. From working in sales, operations and HR over the course of his career, Neil has an appreciation of the leadership issues and challenges often faced by leaders and managers in these functions.
In the area of career coaching, Neil often helps individuals who have a long established career and have reached a natural crossroads and need coaching to identify what they really want and what their “offering” is to a prospective organisation. In this field Neil has a particular specialism in helping senior managers transition into Non-Executive Directors.
Neil holds professional memberships with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) as well as the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI).
Neil is also accredited to use the team effectiveness psychometric tool Margerison-Mccann Team Management Profiles.
